Parents guardians students have to follow following steps for new admission
STEP 1: Filling of application form and submitting it to reception. STEP 2: Meeting of student, father / mother to the counsellor / admission coordinator. STEP 3: Parents will be informed by school authorities for confirmation of admission. STEP 4: Filling of admission cum-registration form, deposition of required documents and fees. STEP 5: Issuing ID card to students, diary, timetable and detail of classes.
(B) RULES & REGULATION:
Application form must be filled and submitted at the school reception off-line within the specific date and time
Application form does not ensure admission which is subjected to availability of seats and merit of applicant
Application fees is non-refundable
25% seats are reserved for disadvantage groups and weaker section in class 1st under RTE act
Once the application has been submitted successfully by school, the following formalities need to be completed (1) Submission of carefully and neatly filled in admission cum registration form. (2) Submission of photocopies / original copies of the required documents mentioned in admission form. (3) 2 passport size photographs of applicant, one passport size photograph of father and mother, and one combined family photo.
(C) FEE PAYMENT
Fee of student can be paid in both Online and offline mode.
Payment of fees for class, (1) Nursery – V: In 3 installments. (2) VI-XII: In 3/4 installments.
The Installment of the fee should be deposited in the first month of the respective quarter.
There will be a late fee @ 50/- Per Day, if the fee is not deposited on the mentioned last date.
(C) REFUND POLICY
School fee is non refundable.
Special coaching fee is refundable as per rules and regulation of coaching Institute given in their prospectus.
NOTE:
Joining of special coaching program with regular school curriculum is not mandatory. It is entirely on the choice of students / parents.
